The Flood Impacts, Carbon Pricing and Ecosystem Sustainability (FINCAPES) Project is officially inviting qualified website development vendors and consultants to submit proposals for our comprehensive website upgrade and functional enhancement. As FINCAPES enters its mature implementation phase, we are evolving our digital presence from a project-based site into a strategic knowledge-sharing hub.

Key Objectives

The selected vendor will transform www.fincapesproject.com by:

  • Redesigning the Homepage: Enhancing impact-oriented positioning with a 3-second load time and clear result communication.

  • Interactive Mapping: Building a dynamic project location map (covering Jambi, Kalimantan, and Lampung) with clickable data sidebars.

  • Knowledge Repository: Upgrading the media section into a collaborative, searchable gallery for photos and videos.

  • Advanced Analytics: Implementing GA4 with specific event tracking for publication downloads and interactive map engagement.

Requirements

The upgraded website must ensure:

  • Full mobile responsiveness
  • Optimized loading speed
  • Clean, modern UI/UX
  • SEO optimization
  • Secure hosting environment
  • Analytics integration (Google Analytics GA4)
  • Event tracking for downloads and map clicks
  • Backend usability for FINCAPES team

Selection Criteria

Proposals will be assessed based on a weighted scoring system:

  1. Technical Proposal (45%): Roadmap for the interactive map, media repository, GA4 data architecture, and 8–12 week timeline feasibility.

  2. Experience & Team Profile (40%): Proven track record in data visualization and environmental/NGO sectors, backed by at least two client references.

  3. Financial Proposal (15%): Itemized cost breakdown within the project ceiling.

Key Information

  • Budget Ceiling: IDR 25,000,000 (inclusive of all taxes and fees).

  • Implementation Period: 2026–2027 (8–12 weeks development cycle).

  • Location: Remote / Jakarta.

  • Submission Deadline: 7 March 2026, 23:59 WIB.
